Mamre Payroll System

Mamre Payroll System is a web based payroll application which can be used right from attendance monitoring to payroll preparation. Rules can be set for attendance monitoring as well as for payroll preparation.

There are Master Screens to add Leave Types, Shifts, Holidays, Departments, Designation, Employees and Rules for Attendance Monitoring and Payroll Preparation. There is provision to add Incentives, Other Allowances, Advance given and Tax Deducted at Source for each employee. All these can be added on a daily basis.

Fingerprint reader or any other attendance registering device can be used to capture the time-in and time-out information of employees. Based on the time-in and time-out information of employees and based on the rules, the employee attendance will be marked. Similarly based on the rules for payroll calculation, the payroll preparation for the employees will be done.

There are various reports including salary report, log report, leave report, leave memo and chance memo. Salary report can be customised for submitting in the Bank or PF Office or ESI Office. Leave memo and Chance memo is based on rules set for the same.

Employees can login and view their time-in and time-out on a daily basis and they can also apply their leaves as well as see their salary as and when their salary is calculated.

Another interesting feature is to see Who is in - that is, you can know which all employees have come for work on that particular day, department wise.This can be used for planning your workforce if there is a shortage in one of the departments.

All this can be made available over the internet and can be viewed even using your hand-held device through web browser.
